Shipping Policy

Welcome to the not-so-boring world of shipping at The Smash Society, where your padel style gets served fresh, fast, and fuss-free. Below, you'll find all the need-to-knows about how your order travels from our creative court to your doorstep.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries in the EU and beyond, including:

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

How It Works

All our products are made on demand, no overproduction, no waste. So:

  • Production time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Then we ship it with tracking to your location

Why the wait? Because good things (like our epic caps) take a moment to be made.


Delivery Times

Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
Belgium & EU 3–7 business days
UK, Switzerland, Norway 4–9 business days
USA & Canada 5–10 business days
Rest of the World 7–15 business days

Please note: these are estimates. Delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or other local factors are beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions. Want in? Follow us on Instagram @the.smashsociety or sign up to our newsletter.


Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in more than one package. You’ll receive separate tracking info for each shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU customers:
No extra customs fees. We ship from within the EU.

Non-EU customers (like the UK, US, CH, etc.):
Your order may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are your responsibility. These are set by your country’s customs agency, not by us.


Lost, Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • With the wrong item

  • Or hasn’t arrived at all (and it's well past the estimated delivery time)

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery (or expected delivery) at: hello@thesmashsociety.com.
Include your order number and any relevant info or photos—we’ll get on it quickly and sort things out.


Your Rights (EU Consumer Info)

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order—no questions asked. This only applies to non-customized items (i.e. not printed with your name or any personalized design).

To exercise this right, send us a clear message at hello@thesmashsociety.com within 14 days of receiving your items. For more details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
