Final Sale Items

• Outside the EU (including the US): All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Within the EU & UK: Final sale items may be returned if they meet the conditions below.
• In-store: Online orders can’t be returned or exchanged in-store.

Standard Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• A return fee of 5 EUR / 5 USD / 5 GBP applies (deducted from your refund).
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.

Return Conditions

Your return will only be accepted if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Returned in its original packaging, with tags still attached
• Reported to us within 48 hours if it arrived damaged
• All original documents (like your invoice) are included

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.

How to Return Your Order

1. Request your DPD return label:

1. Stick the DPD return label over the old shipping label.
2. Drop it off at your nearest DPD Pickup Point.

Please note: If you don’t use our official DPD return label, we won’t be able to help in case of delays, loss, or damage.

Refunds

• Processed within 10 business days after we receive your return
• The return fee (5 EUR / 5 USD / 5 GBP) is deducted automatically
• Always refunded to your original payment method
