Building exterior with 'MORE LOBS LESS DRAMA' text in green, surrounded by urban landscape and a padel court

About The Smash Society

The Smash Society is a European maison reimagining padel and tennis wear through timeless design, sustainable intent, and modern craftsmanship.

We are not just activewear; we are refined sportswear rooted in heritage. Drawing from the aesthetics of vintage tennis clubs, 90s graphics, European prep, and the codes of quiet luxury, we design for life on and off the court.

Our Philosophy: The Anti-Drop

In a world of fast fashion and overproduction, we have chosen a different path: The Anti-Drop.

We create garments with care and precision, not trends. Our model is strictly made-to-order.

  • Designed in Brussels: Conceived with a deep respect for the sport.
  • Made in Ghent: Crafted locally to ensure premium quality.
  • Zero Inventory Waste: Every item is produced only when you order it.

This eliminates the industry standard of massive overproduction and embraces a slower, more intentional approach to fashion.

Minimal waste. Maximum elegance.

Founder Authority & Origins

The Smash Society was founded by Tanguy De Kelver, born from a lifelong love of racquet sports, from the rhythm of padel to the freedom of kitesurfing.

Before launching the brand, Tanguy spent over two decades shaping narratives in leading advertising agencies, crafting global campaigns for FMCG, fashion, and luxury sectors. Most notably, he co-founded The Skateroom, a globally recognised social enterprise.

At The Skateroom, Tanguy helped transform skateboards into art through collaborations with iconic artists like Ai Weiwei, Jeff Koons, and Cindy Sherman. That experience, using high-end creativity to fund social skate projects worldwide, forged the ethos behind The Smash Society: to create with meaning, to elevate the everyday, and to blend performance with culture.

The Vision

We celebrate sport not just as performance, but as a lifestyle. We are here for the flow, the connection, and the clarity.

Designed with intent. Produced responsibly. Worn with attitude.

More lobs, less drama.
